I have directed and animated over twenty short films including productions for the New York Times and the National Film Board of Canada. I received numerous 4Culture, Canada Council and CALQ production grants for my work. My films have been touring the world and have been screened in many international film festivals including the Ottawa International Animation Film Festival, and Animafest, Zagreb. For most of my independent productions, I work closely with a vocalist and musician Meghan Riley, and a musician and sound designer Oliver Lewis. They are an amazing part of my small team.

I earned my BA at Concordia University, Montreal, and my MA at the Royal College of Art, London. I’m interested in abstract narrative and visual experimentation. In my work I attempts to translate obscure reality into visual poetry. I explores a combination of traditional animation techniques including ink and paint on paper, cut-out collage, under the camera animation, 2D computer animation and compositing.
